Digital Copywriter with Project Management experience required for new website launch.
Our client are a highly commercial company who have been established since the 1970's and work with various car dealers, providing customers with a range of options to suit their mobility needs. The company is a fast-moving business who invest for the long term in further developing their people.
Working as part of the Digital Customer Programme Team, the initial focus will be on refreshing website content based on agreed tone of voice and within brand guidelines.
This is an exciting opportunity to use your copy writing skills to create content that is simple, digestible and will guide users to the correct next steps.
You will be working with Design and UX to ensure that the copy works for a range of digital assets including website content pages, editorial content and transactional journeys and is easy to understand by the end users.
As part of this you will need to ensure customer communications are compelling, clear and adhere to brand style and tone of voice.
Flexi-working. London based office.
This role requires excellent copywriting skills with experience in writing copy for digital assets.
Additional essential skills:
Knowledge of standard Microsoft desktop products together with
Experience of working with UX tools such as Invision/Figma/Sketch.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve deadlines.
Comfortable with change, confident to own projects and get the job done
Experience with managing external suppliers and agencies
Ability to work effectively with many different external and internal stakeholders
This is a new perm role with plenty of scope. Customer/B2C copywriting experience is preferred along with experience of managing a complex website transformation.
