THE COMPANY

My client are a market leader in consumer goods who manufacture their products in the UK. They have an ecommerce website and also sell their products through a network of dealers. They operate hybrid working and you'll need to be happy going into the office 2-3 days a week.

THE ROLE

As Digital Marketing Manager you have an integral role in driving the company's digital marketing and ecommerce initiative. With a focus on B2C lead generation you'll need experience and expert knowledge in online marketing, optimising leads to sales and leading a dynamic digital marketing team. Yu'll be responsible for;
- B2C lead generation crafting impactful digital campaigns and securing premium leads
- Overseeing digital marketing channels including paid and organic utilising tools such as GA4
- Monitoring performance focusing on lead quality and conversion rates for optimal ROI
- Develop and execute a robust CRO strategy to improve website visitor to lead conversion ratio
- Lead the digital rebranding in line with new guidelines
- Manage a team

YOU

You'll be successful in this role if you have a extensive experience in Digital Marketing clientside ideally in a consumer focussed business. As well as;
- Experience in developing lead generation strategies
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Google shopping platforms
- Skilled in using Salesforce for managing and tracking leads through the sales funnel, ensuring effective lead management and reporting
- Team management is essential
