THE COMPANY

My Client is a media agency based in central London, servicing charity and commercial sectors. They offer media planning and buying across integrated media.

THE ROLE

The hunt is now on for an experienced and enthusiastic Account Director to join the dynamic client services team. Their Account Directors are the key to the Client Management team, consisting of brilliant individuals that have a passion and enthusiasm to understand their client’s business needs and challenges and to work collaboratively to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Crucially, they are looking for a performance specialist, someone to further enhance the expertise across both the commercial and charity sectors.
The successful candidate will have the ability to demonstrate how they have planned and managed successful campaigns in these fields. You'll enjoy the spreadsheets and number crunching that comes with performance marketing and helping guide your client to the most appropriate media channels for their particular needs.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating closely with the strategy and insight team, AV team and digital teams to provide strategic direction and guidance to achieve exceptional outcomes for clients.

Internally, you will be responsible for managing budgets and forecasting, ensuring that agency resourcing is on track and that KPI’s are met. You will play a crucial role in supporting the training and development of your team( of 4) working closely with the Head of Client Services to foster a culture of growth and learning within the agency.

YOU

To be considered for this role my Client is seeking candidates with:

- UK media experience, with strong performance marketing exp.
- Experience servicing Direct Response comms - typically associated with the charity sector,
- Experience working in smaller media agencies where you perhaps have more flexibility than in the very large media agencies.
- Gravitas to work with senior internal team members as well as with the Clients.
- Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and?long-term?vision, whilst delivering for the clients immediate business needs.?
- Strong attention to detail and numerical?ability, with the ability to use data to craft compelling arguments
