Experienced CRM professional required to join a renowned group of museums based in South East London.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a group of world-renowned museums located in South East London and attracting visitors from across the globe.

THE ROLE

The CRM Officer will develop new and innovative ways to collect, analyse and utilise customer data and engage with existing and potential audiences. This is a brand new role in the team, and is a fantastic opportunity to really make a difference.

- Work with all data generating teams to transform data capture and lead an ongoing programme of data management to ensure quality, security and usability of data
- Champion the use of data to inform decision making across the organisation.
- Support users of the system (MS Dynamics) to perform ongoing data analysis, including modelling, dashboard reporting and monitoring of KPIs
- Work alongside the CRM Lead to implement approved system enhancements and ensure compliance with data regulations including GDPR
- Lead the CRM user group to oversee changes in the system and assess their impact on data and process
- Advise data owners on appropriate set up
- Develop and deliver training and ongoing support on the effective use of the CRM system .
- Report on customer data driven campaigns, using learnings to refine customer journeys, segmentations, personalisation and triggers

This role is based in South East London with hybrid working (2-3 days per week in the office).

YOU

The ideal candidate for this CRM Officer role will have substantial experience of working in a specialist CRM role and knowledge of data measurement techniques and strategies.

You will also demonstrate:
- Experience working with a range of stakeholders to understand business needs and providing solutions
- Ability to translate CRM functions into meaningful actions and approaches to achieve business goals
- Experience using data to inform business process
- Agile approach to working.
- Ability to identify opportunities for development and deliver improvements
- Experience in the structural set up and management of a CRM system, preferably MS Dynamics
- Experience working with suppliers to agree requirements and manage delivery of outputs
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with wide range of colleagues
