THE COMPANY

My client is a successful leading property finance lender, with a young, energetic culture. They work with property investors and business owners.

THE ROLE

This role will see you:

- project managing the creative and campaign team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to budget
- helping and advising on the effective execution of campaigns
- managing the team
- overseeing the teams' daily operations
- overseeing campaign KPI's in Salesforce - monitoring engagement rates, conversion rates and CTR's
- implementing processes and workflows
- maintaining a lead management process, lead scoring and sales alerts

YOU

We would love to hear from you if you are/have:

- able to be in their central London offices 5 days per week
- strong project and team management experience
- Salesforce campaign analytics skills
- extensive B2B campaign management skills
- budget management skills
- experience of implementing processes and workflows
- fantastic stakeholder management
