Fantastic opportunity for a CRM expert to transform how this museum utilises data and engages with their audience.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a group of world-renowned museums located in South East London and attracting visitors from across the globe.

THE ROLE

The CRM Lead will lead a step change in the way our client utilises their customer data and engages with existing and potential audiences. This is a brand new role in the team there, and is a fantastic opportunity to really make a difference.

That will include:
- Using insights into preferences, behaviours and interests to improve relationships and increase visitor numbers
- Ensuring that appropriate systems, resources and technical services are in place to collect, store, analyse, activate and measure information
- Defining the future state for customer relationship management at the Museum and acting as the central point of knowledge for process and system requirements
- Being the system owner for the CRM system (MS Dynamics) and processes
- Championing CRM principles, practices and opportunities across the organisation
- Developing and implementing a data governance plan
- Keeping up to date with CRM best practice and technology, and ensuring this is applied within the organisation
- Leading the CRM team

This role is based in South East London with hybrid working - at least 3 days per week in the office.

YOU

The ideal candidate for this CRM Lead role will have extensive experience of working in a senior CRM role, of driving change and of increasing business performance, preferably within leisure, entertainment or retail.

You will also demonstrate:
- Knowledge of customer data measurement techniques eg. ROI, CLV, incremental measures, A/B testing
- Understanding of CRM technical platforms inc. experience orchestrating campaigns
- Experience establishing cross organisation teams to deliver new ways of working
- Leading people through change whilst putting customers at the heart of all initiatives
- Ability to work at strategic level but also maintain oversight of operational progress and delivery
- Ability to identify opportunities for development and process change through technology
- Experience of managing budgets and financial planning
- Confidence influencing, collaborating, and building relationships
