Account Director wanted for established and growing B2B marketing agency in Tunbridge Wells!


Our client is an integrated, boutique B2B agency that has been running for the past 10 years and is at a point of growth.

The agency works across competitive and demanding industries including technology, engineering and construction, building successful marketing programmes and providing services spanning marketing, communications strategy, content creation and stakeholder engagement.


This is a really exciting and important hire for the team and will be a pivotal position within the agency. Though this is an Account Director role, this is a very hands on role where you will be executing aspects of the campaign, as well as working on the strategy.

You will be the lead on client accounts within the agency and on the day-to-day client/ agency relationship. The agency has both retained and adhoc clients and some of the relationships have been established since the agency started 10 years ago. The team are proud of the fact that they have never lost a client!

You will work closely with the Directors of the agency to shape effective multidisciplinary marketing and comms strategies. The scope will be across PR, advertising, content development, digital and design.

Initially, you will be working in a team of 5, but this role has the potential to expand into a Head of Department position in future and, with that, you will be line managing and leading a team. Until then, you will be supported by a trusted pool of freelancers.

HYBRID WORKING: Please note, this role is 4-days per week in the office in Tunbridge Wells.


This is a brilliant opportunity to work on some exciting, established accounts along with pitching and onboarding new clients.

To be a successful candidate for this role, you will likely come from an independent, boutique agency.

You will have a passion for doing great work and a real sense of responsibility towards clients, colleagues and the agency.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience within the B2B space and experience within construction, engineering or data analytics industries would be a bonus!

You'll need to be a confident and persuasive communicator who is able to build support for an ideal or point of view with colleagues and/or clients.
