Paid Search Exec required for independent media agency in central London, to work in their new specialist buying team.

THE COMPANY

Independent media agency in central London of about 60 people. Business is growing and they are now looking to staff up.
They are creating a specialist internal media buying team, to manage the operational side, whilst the Planners can get on with the media planning!

THE ROLE

This is a brand new role at the agency, for a Senior Search Executive - 100% paid search through the likes of Google Ads and Microsoft Search Ads.

You will have strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
You will be keen to grow your knowledge on tracking systems, search best practices and GA4 (Google Analytics).

This role will focus on implementation, optimisation and management of search campaigns.

Many of the Clients are from the charity sector so DIRECT RESPONSE rather than BRAND ONLY wld be a distinct advantage.

You will work across a broad range of clients and report into an Account Director to help you upskill and become an expert in search platforms and tech.

You will work with account teams to translate media plans into campaign set ups, agree optimisations, create bespoke testing roadmaps and reconcile client spends each month.

The role is not typically client facing.

You will work with external partners to manage resource and fulfilment of all paid search delivery.

The agency has a working framework including a digital handbook which includes daily campaign monitoring, weekly campaign optimisations and monthly finance processes. You will work with the Account Director to evolve the paid search sections, ensuring it follows industry best practices in a rapidly changing digital world.

YOU

To be considered for this role:

- A minimum of 18 months implementational/hands-on experience in Search media.

· Advanced hands-on experience in Google Ads/Microsoft Search Ads.

· Analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.

· Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.

· Experience in running performance/direct response campaigns.

· Hands-on experience with bid management software and Google Campaign Manager

· Hands-on experience with complimentary technology such Similar Web

· Hands-on experience with finance tools such as Prisma

· GTM and GA4 experience

· AI tools for search
