Data-savvy Marketing Manager who excels in campaign performance needed for a 6 month contract starting in July.

THE ROLE

As Marketing Operations Manager you will act a trusted business partner to the Demand Generation, ABM, Exec and Digital Teams to ensure everybody is leveraging data everyday to drive their decision-making. You will be seen as the expert & a go-to person for anything related to campaign performance & data.

You will lead in making the team more data-centric, data-driven, driving exceptional campaign management.

Key responsibilities include:

-Design, structure, create and maintain measurement tools, processes and frameworks to report on marketing effectiveness & making data-informed decisions
- Advise, coach & enable the team to leverage data in decision making and turning insights into actions
- Empower the team to analyse marketing and sales data through training, coaching and ongoing consultancy
- Report across multiple customer and prospect segments (new logo, market segment, sales leader, tactics etc...)
- Drive operational excellence: ensure accurate campaign set up, structure and right attribution for events & digital through regular enablement & audits
- Agile way of working: Support on preparation & moderation of Monthly Marketing reviews
- Lead on deep-dive campaign performance analysis to emphasise successes, learnings, failures, best practice sharing
- Forge a culture of “knowing your number” and continuous optimisation
- Align with internal teams on data projects to have a clear and consistent approach on how to approach data and who to target
- Reduce manual reporting & manual effort to maintain dashboards by re-creating these into Tableau




YOU

- Strong knowledge in Marketing Measurement Model
- Numbers savvy / Strong background in deep-diving on numbers
- Analytical & action-driven mindset
- Good knowledge with building reports and dashboards on Salesforce CRM Analytics & Tableau
- Understanding & experience in measuring multi-channel marketing campaigns (ie. digital demand generation activities, organic and paid social, physical and virtual events etc)
- Strong team player who works well with others and good communication skills with ability to enable, coach & advise senior stakeholders
- History of achieving performance-marketing goals and targets
- Ability to think creatively, identify and tackle problems within a fast-paced ever changing environment
