Digital Account Manager - Media Agency

Lovely opportunity for media planner/buyer at independent agency in central London.

My Client is a media agency servicing brands with big plans!
Because they are independent, they have the freedom to work with clients they love, many in the charity sector, but not exclusively.
They're a team of creative thinkers, professional doers and clever data people, all obsessed with delivering measurable outcomes - over 90 media specialists and growing,

THE ROLE

This is an opportunity to get your teeth into both media planning / strategy and buying.
You'll be hands on managing campaign builds, copywriting, keyword and targeting expansion, optimisation and overall development.

With existing experience in both planning and buying, you will strike the balance between analytical thinking and creative thinking.
Collaboration between teams and with clients is key to success in this role.

Its a varied, cross-channel role, with support provided by the Account Director for any channels you do not have extensive experience in. Strong Search knowledge, particularly those with biddable experience, will be v beneficial in this role.

You will be client-facing, taking ownership of the digital weekly calls, monthly meetings, and day to day emails and requests - with the support of your Digital Account Executive.

And you'll work very closely with the Client Services Team, who are the central point of client management across all channels.

Your Clients will be primarily from the charity sector.

YOU

My Client is seeking candidates with:

· Media agency experience ( ideally smaller independent ones)!

· Solid experience in AdWords/Microsoft Search Ads and/or Facebook Ads Manager.

- Strong Search knowledge, particularly biddable.

· Analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.

· Client-facing skills to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.

· Experience in running performance/direct response campaigns.

· Some junior team management/ mentoring would be great.

Based in the West End they like teams to be in the office 3 times each week - lovely offices!
