Are you a commercially-minded strategist with a passion for partnerships that drive real impact? We're looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead the development and delivery of strategic, industry-wide collaborations that enhance our Travel client's value proposition and increase passenger travel in the UK

This is a London based hybrid role.  12 Mths Fixed Term Contract

What You'll Be Doing This is a dynamic and hands-on role. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing Strategic Insight: Understand market trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor activity to shape partnership strategy and uncover promotional opportunities.
  • Creating High-Impact Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and negotiate commercially driven partnerships with top-tier brands aligned with the National Marketing Strategy.
  • Building Business Cases: Use data to create robust commercial proposals and secure industry stakeholder support.
  • Cross-Functional Delivery: Lead collaboration across marketing, digital, communications, and commercial teams to launch and measure partnership initiatives.
  • Supporting National Marketing Campaigns: Integrate partnerships seamlessly into campaign planning and execution.
  • Loyalty Strategy Development: Work with the Customer & Revenue Growth team to explore a national travel loyalty proposition that drives repeat travel and builds brand loyalty.

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a confident and creative leader with a track record of delivering impactful commercial partnerships. You’ll need:
  • Extensive experience in consumer B2C partnerships, business development or commercial roles, ideally in travel, hospitality, lifestyle or loyalty sectors.
  • Proven success securing and managing high-value brand partnerships and/or customer loyalty programmes.
  • Excellent commercial judgement, with strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to challenge norms, bring innovative ideas, and lead cross-functional execution.
