The organisation operates through a network of partners and services, and is committed to driving systemic change, strengthening communities,and embedding dignity, equity, and inclusion in everything it does.

This exciting new Senior Internal Communications Manager role will be largely remote, with occasional travel required.

THE ROLE
This role will be fast paced and varied, day to day you will:
  • Lead internal communications strategy, direction, and delivery across the organisation
  • Ensure staff are informed, connected, and aligned to organisational strategy
  • Own key channels (intranet, all-staff comms, conferences, internal updates)
  • Support communications for change, governance, and crisis situations
  • Line manage and develop a Communications Officer
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment of messaging across the organisation
YOU
To be considered for this role you must have:
  • Proven internal communications experience within complex (ideally charitable) organisations
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities
  • Experience as a self-starter, be delivery-focused, and remain calm under pressure
  • A desire to work in a values driven organisation
