About the Role:
As Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll have ownership of our client's digital performance and social media strategy.   You'll be working with media agency digital specialists to utilise data-driven insights, finding ways to adjust and optimise campaign performance and budget allocation against KPIs such as CTR, CPA and bounce/conversion rates.

In conjunction with key stakeholders, you'll create and maintain a digital marketing roadmap to enhance growth and development of business objectives.  You'll also collaborate with the Digital team and media agency to make strategic recommendations and implement actions for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end planning and delivery of B2c digital campaigns across PPC,  social media, paid social, SEO and display
- End-to-end digital campaign management
- Analysing performance metrics to generate actionable insights
- Using data and insights to make strategic recommendations, deliver continuous improvements and maximise campaign effectiveness
- Agency and budget management

We'd love to hear from you if you are/have:
- Proven experience running consumer performance marketing and social media campaigns from initial brief to reporting 
- Experience of devising and delivering digital marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong analytical and ROI-focused mindset, with the ability to turn insights into action
- Hands-on experience of platforms such as GA4, Tag Manager etc
- A continuous-improvement mindset and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to optimize digital marketing strategies
- Knowledge of customer behaviour and the ability to leverage customer insights to drive marketing decisions
- Agency and budget management
