Marketing Operations Manager who can keep the wheels turning, the team inspired, and the campaigns performing at their best.
You’ll be the go-to person for making sure every marketing initiative lands on time, on brief and with impact. From mentoring junior team members to optimising client campaigns (especially newsletters and email marketing), you’ll blend
strategic thinking with
hands-on delivery to keep things moving and results-driven.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead & mentor the Marketing Ops team, holding regular check-ins and supporting career growth.
- Streamline campaign delivery: manage priorities, allocate tasks and make sure deadlines stick.
- Monitor performance: track KPIs, spot opportunities and push for continuous improvement.
- Stay hands-on when needed quality control and attention to detail matter here.
- Champion collaboration & learning: create a team culture where people love to work and grow.
- Report on wins & challenges to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
- Keep skills sharp: bring best practices in digital marketing and campaign management into the team.

This role is based from their Central London office, working hybrid 3dpw and paying £35k - £40k depending on experience.
What we're looking for:
Solid experience within a B2B agency team, managing projects. You should have;
- The ability to deliver digital projects specifically email, video, audio and online content
- A grounding in marketing and the ability to interpret data
- The ability to manage a budget
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
