Digital Comms & Events Specialist

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Location: Greater London,Central London Job Type: Remote

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a well-established consultancy operating within the public sector. Known for its collaborative culture and strong stakeholder relationships, the organisation is entering a particularly busy period and is seeking an experienced Digital Communications & Events Specialist to join the team on an initial 3–6 month contract.

This is a predominantly remote role, with regular travel to conferences and events across the UK.

THE ROLE
This is a hands-on role supporting the delivery of a busy events and communications programme. Day to day, you will:

• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate and support a range of conferences, networking events, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Create engaging content for email, social media, and digital channels.
• Manage campaign activity and communications through Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to support event delivery and promotional activity.
• Coordinate event logistics, materials, and attendee communications.
• Track engagement and campaign performance, ensuring CRM data remains accurate and up to date.

ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Immediate availability.
• Proven experience coordinating events and managing event logistics.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on CRM experience, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience within the public sector is beneficial but not essential.
