Community Lead

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Location: Greater London,Central London Job Type: Permanent

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Through their programmes and network, they help accelerate high-impact innovation and support the growth of early-stage businesses.

THE ROLE
This is an important role on a growing team. Day to day you will:
- Actively tend to the company's community, nurturing relationships ensuring the network feels alive and connected beyond formal programme moments.
- manage and moderate community channels
- lead community initiatives and events. From strategy, through to delivery and analysis
- work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- track community health metrics and maintain CRM data

YOU
To be considered for this role you MUST HAVE:
- proven experience in community management, building and sustaining a community, with evidence of outcomes
- experience planning and delivering outreach events or campaigns, including in-person
- experience engaging with and activating a network of senior stakeholders
- willingness to travel regularly across the UK and Europe

An understanding of the university and research ecosystem would be a huge plus!
