significant brand transformation as part of a wider national transition programme.
This is a
highly sensitive and business-critical interim role, ideal for an experienced brand and marketing professional who understands how to deliver change in a
regulated environment.
The Opportunity You’ll play a central role in shaping and delivering a
brand transition programme, acting as the key point of contact across the business. Working within a small but high-impact team, you’ll ensure national brand guidelines are effectively interpreted, implemented and embedded across all customer touchpoints.

- Circa £400 per day
- Immediate / ASAP start
The Role

- Translate brand frameworks into practical, deliverable plans for the organisation
- Serve as the key brand point of contact, engaging stakeholders across multiple functions
- Work closely with teams across customer experience, operations, fleet/assets and physical environments
- Support the rollout of updated branding across customer-facing touchpoints, including on-site environments and assets
- Bring structure and clarity to the overall transition programme, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams (campaigns, digital, CRM) to support execution
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering brand transformation or transition programmes
- Ideally: Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g. travel, transport, utilities, public sector)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across complex organisations
- Experience working with centralised brand guidelines and adapting them for local implementation
- Comfortable operating in a highly sensitive, evolving environment
- Hands-on, pragmatic and able to bring structure to ambiguity
- Strong understanding of customer-facing brand touchpoints, both physical and digital
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a
large-scale, high-profile transformation programme within the travel sector. You’ll play a visible role in shaping how a major operator transitions into a new identity—balancing strategic intent with real-world delivery.
If you’re experienced in brand transformation within regulated environments and can navigate complexity with confidence, we’d love to hear from you.
