We’re looking for a
Marketing & Brand Manager to lead campaign planning, champion the brand, and deliver meaningful customer and business growth
Purpose of the Role As Marketing & Brand Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in how customers see, feel, and connect with this travel operator. You’ll manage high-impact campaigns, develop their brand positioning, and lead relationships with marketing agencies and national industry groups. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where your ideas will directly influence customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the creation and delivery of our annual marketing plan, driving business growth through innovation and insight.
- Champion the brand – defining, deploying, and protecting both identity and voice across all channels.
- Manage above-the-line campaigns that engage customers, promote retail innovation, and deliver measurable ROI.
- Oversee agency partnerships, ensuring creativity, efficiency, and strong commercial performance.
- Align marketing activity with CRM and digital strategies to grow loyalty, increase travel frequency, and drive channel shift.
- Build partnerships and sponsorships with key local organisations to amplify our marketing reach.
About You - At least 5 years’ experience in Consumer marketing campaign management and brand leadership - ideally within Travel, Leisure or Hospitality sectors
- A strategic thinker with creative flair, commercial acumen, and strong analytical ability.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and 7-figure budgets.
- Excellent communicator with strong project management and stakeholder skills.
- Able to inspire teams, manage agencies, and deliver marketing excellence in a fast-paced environment.
