ABOUT THE COMPANY

• Large NFP organisation, with very meaningful content and high profile work.
• Studio team of 15, working across 4 divisions.

THE ROLE;

• Put rigour, governance and strong processes in place, and improve the mood and positivity of the Team.
• Assess current systems and workflow cycle/processes (briefing, scheduling, approvals) for efficiency, accuracy and improvement. 
• Forecast resource demand across short, medium and longer time horizons, identifying potential issues in advance.
• Reduce number of stakeholders who are briefing the team.
• Excellent package.
• Ideally hybrid but remote is possible.

ABOUT YOU

A high quality Studio Traffic Manager who has;

• dealt with and overcome conflict.
• been successful in implementing some very strong processes with an iron fist/silk glove approach. 
• Most importantly the ability to improve/turn round the moral of the team.
