Based in the Cotswolds (near Cirencester), this is one of the world’s leading performance advertising agencies, specializing in Facebook and Google Ads. A high-performance team combining the agility of a creator-led brand with the infrastructure of a global agency.

THE ROLE
This is a newly created role for someone who knows how to turn strong inbound demand into a well-run, high-value sponsorship programme.
You’ll take ownership of sponsorships across a large, established personal brand in the performance marketing space. The audience is global, engaged, and highly attractive to software and SaaS businesses — and sponsor interest is already coming in regularly. You'll be responsible for; 

• Owning all inbound sponsorship enquiries and partner conversations
• Leading negotiations on rates, scope and deliverables
• Structuring sponsored integrations across long-form YouTube and social content
• Advising on messaging and format to balance performance with brand integrity
• Briefing the founder clearly on what’s agreed and what’s going live
• Coordinating with editors and designers to deliver sponsored segments on time

YOU
This is a role for someone who’s comfortable saying no, pushing back, and protecting long-term value. You'll ideally come from an influencer or creator management background or a partnerships or sponsorships role and you'll be confident in; 

• Negotiating sponsorship deals
• Strong commercial judgement
• An understanding of how sponsored content should work for both brand and audience

You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
