Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, with flexibility for events and content shoots.
Salary: up to £37,000 depending on experience.
THE ROLE We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Community Executive to take ownership of the brand’s social presence across multiple channels.
You’ll be the voice of the brand online, developing and delivering a social strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and growth while celebrating the brand’s incredible community. Managing everything from content creation and posting to engagement and reporting. This is a hands-on, autonomous role where you’ll bring ideas to life.
Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing creative social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Creating engaging, on-brand content (posts, stories, videos, reels, etc.)
- Managing day-to-day social activity, including community engagement, comments, and DMs.
- Producing monthly reports and using insights to drive growth and performance.
- Occasionally attending events and filming content on-site.
- Collaborating with internal teams to support campaigns, launches, and influencer partnerships.
YOU You’re a confident social media storyteller who knows how to capture attention, build engagement, and create a sense of community. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoy having the freedom to take ownership and experiment.
You’ll bring: - Proven experience managing social media for a consumer or lifestyle brand preferably in food
- Strong creative instincts you know what makes content engaging and on-trend.
- Solid knowledge of analytics and social reporting tools.
- Video editing or design skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite).
- Experience working with influencer campaigns or direct-selling environments is a bonus
You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
