ABOUT THE ROLEAs Senior Social Media Manager you will grow and engage the company's online community. The role covers content creation, campaign management, community engagement, and performance analysis across platforms. You will bring fresh ideas to ensure their digital presence is creative, consistent, and effective
What you'll be doing
- Plan, create, and schedule brand-aligned content and campaigns; manage outsourced producers; and repurpose assets for new formats
- Build and nurture an engaged online community, interacting with followers, tenants, and partners while encouraging employee advocacy
- Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms, monitor sentiment, and manage feedback to protect reputation
- Oversee and optimise paid social campaigns (particularly leasing) to extend reach and drive results
- Work closely with the marketing team, tenants, and influencers to tell the company story and broaden visibility
- Track performance, report on KPIs, and stay ahead of trends to keep strategies fresh.

ABOUT YOUWhat we're looking for
- Excellent use and understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, and appropriate audiences
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills
- Confident with social scheduling and design tools (e.g. Loomly, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experienced in managing paid campaigns and interpreting analytics.
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
