Are you an enthusiastic and confident marketer with a passion for all things food? This creative and analytical role within a global media group blends content creation, paid social and performance insight, working on some of the UK’s most exciting food and drink events. Hybrid role, Crawley 2 days a week, salary £36,000.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Develop and deliver an engaging, insight-led social content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Manage day-to-day social media activity, including scheduling, posting, community engagement and moderation
• Plan, execute and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, and Google Ads
• Monitor performance, manage budgets and carry out A/B testing to continually improve creative, targeting and results
• Analyse and report on organic and paid social performance, turning insights into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with sponsors, partners and influencers to deliver commercially aligned social campaigns
• Support and mentor junior team members

ABOUT YOU

• A motivated marketer ready to progress into a senior social media role
• Proven experience managing social media channels end-to-end
• Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns via Meta Business Suite and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of analytics, reporting and A/B testing
• Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• Confident communicator with strong copywriting and stakeholder management skills
