THE ROLEAs Brand Manager, you will work alongside the Head of Brand Marketing as well as other stakeholder teams such as trade, digital, merchandising and buying.
You will be expected to lead on the day to day planning and delivery of integrated campaigns including instore branding and activations, digital, advertising, media and PR as well as events.
You'll work alongside external agencies and suppliers to ensure that campaigns are being developed on brand, adhering to KPIs as well as being delivered on time and to budget.
Ensuring campaigns are optimised and performing as expected will also be part of the role, you'll be expected to monitor campaigns and provide insights on how to refine and improve where necessary.
YOUTo be considered for the role of Brand Manager you will need:
- to be available to interview and start immediately and commit to 2-3 days a week in their office in Watford
- to have an established background in brand marketing campaign management in a retail environment
- to have an integrated skill set including branding, POS, advertising, digital, events and activations/promotions
- to have experience of working with and managing external agencies and suppliers
- to be able to confidently analyse and report on campaign effectiveness
- to have experience of managing campaign budgets
- to be educated to Degree level
You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
