German speaking quantitative Research Manager or Associate Director sought by research agency winning work in Germany at an increasing pace!

A specialised insight platform and consultancy focused on capturing feedback and benchmarking performance for clients across the globe.

THE ROLE

As quantitative Research Manager you will be delivering high quality core and bespoke research projects to multinational clients from large corporates to small independent businesses.  Projects are generally largescale online quantitative surveys and you'll be involved in each aspect - designing, programming, analysing and delivery, gaining client buy-in and project management to ensure high quality research is delivered within agreed deadlines.

You'll also get involved in mentoring Research Execs and relevant junior operations team members to develop their knowledge and skill sets.  

Flexible working practices are offered including flexi-start and finish times and the option to work in the office, remotely or a mix of the two.  If you are mainly remote there is a requirement to come into the office for team meetings (South London).  There is also the potential of this person being based in Germany.  Please get in touch to find out more.

YOU

We're looking for someone with the following profile:-

- fluent German 
- experienced quantitative research professional - survey design, survey coding and analysis are essential for this role
- a natural presenter
- self-motivated and comfortable with working independently 
- professional and articulate

You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
