ABOUT THE ROLE
What you'll be doing
- Design and execute a multi-channel marketing plan encompassing digital, content, event, and partnership strategies
- Develop and maintain a unified and consistent brand identity and strategic messaging across all platforms
- Lead the development and implementation of targeted lead generation strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Oversee content production to create engaging materials like blogs, videos, and case studies
- Execute digital strategies, including managing social media campaigns, planning email marketing to nurture leads, and SEO
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing activities drive effective lead nurturing and conversion
- Manage external partners, including photographers, videographers, and industry influencers, to expand brand reach
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and ROI to drive data-informed decision-making

ABOUT YOUWhat we're looking for
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role within a B2B or industrial setting
- Willingness to be both strategic and hands-on
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation
- Experience with Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, SEO tools, and CRM systems
- A strong relationship builder with experience of forging productive working relationships with sales teams
- A creative and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
