THE COMPANYOur client is a global leader in their field in the B2B tech space. Following an acquisition they're expanding their scope and are looking for a Director of Marketing who can support them and the team at this exciting time. This role can be based in the UK or Canada and you'll be open to going into the office when needed.
THE ROLEAs Director of Marketing you'll be responsible for transforming strategy into actionable plans, overseeing day to day execution, ensuring measurable performance across all marketing channels. Working closely with leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives and lead the team to drive pipeline growth and brand recognition. responsibilities will include
- Owning the marketing plans and budgets, leading the development and execution of marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with sales & regional goals and tracking ROI
- Leading cross functional teams running weekly marketing stand-ups, coaching and mentoring team members across all functions
- Collaborating with sales and product teams to ensure lead conversion and pipeline management
- Overseeing the delivery of integrated campaigns across all channels
- tracking performance and reporting leading quarterly business reviews and tracking KPIs incl. MQL to SQL conversions, pipeline velocity and ROI
- Owning agency and vendor management ensuring all are managed with high quality standards and clear performance metrics
YOUYou'll have experience in a B2B SaaS, a technology enabled business or governance related marketing with proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on integrated marketing including demand and lead generation. Strong project management, budget management and developing a team is essential. Experience within a fast paced tech-driven global business is preferred.
You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
