Exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing and communications officer - you'll be joining a relatively new team in a new role, supporting internal engagement and external visibility.  All within an multi-award winning non-profit social enterprise.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a new role within a relatively new team. Ultimately this role is to support the team in strengthening the organisation's internal engagement and external visibility through high-quality marketing and communications.  Broadly speaking you'll be delivering creative and digital activity across multiple channels, ensuring the organisation's brand, voice and messaging are consistent, accurate and professionally represented. You'll be engaging with residents, staff, partners and external stakeholders.

More specifically you'll be involved in:

• managing social media channels and campaigns
• creating and editing digital content
• using digital analytics tools
• supporting or coordinating events and exhibitions
• managing agency relationships

The role is offered on a hybrid basis, initially 1 day per week working from home, increasing to 2 days after 6 months in the role.  

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone with the following profile:-

• solid experience in marketing, digital media and communications (clientside ideally)
• ability to create and edit digital content
• experienced in managing social media channels 
• knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn)
• experienced in using website CMS platforms (Wix, WordPress or similar)
• Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
