A boutique sports agency are seeking a Junior Social Media Producer with creative agency experience in motorsports campaigns.

My client is a leading creative and social media agency based in West London, specialising in motorsports content, and social media. They collaborate with top brands in motorsports, including sponsors, teams, and drivers, to produce compelling videos, photography, and graphics for social media and various digital platforms. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you the person who spots trends before they trend? Obsessed with TikTok, Reels, and fast-paced content creation? This role is built for a creative who lives online and thrives trackside.

We’re looking for a Junior Social Producer to help bring major motorsport brands to life across global social channels. You’ll get hands-on experience planning shoots, producing content, capturing reactive moments during F1 race weekends, and turning ideas into high-impact short-form video.
You’ll work alongside a seasoned social and strategy team, collaborate with creators and talent, and play a real role in shaping the look, feel, and pace of content for some of the biggest names in the sport.

What you'll be doing

Content, Production & Execution
Create daily punchy short-form videos across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and more. Capture reactive and behind-the-scenes moments at events, and support small-scale shoots with creators and talent. Stay sharp on trends shaping motorsport and social culture and jump into community interactions when needed.

Planning & Organisation & Insights
Support content calendars, coordinate shoots and help prepare briefs. Keep assets and folders streamlined and assist the team during key campaigns or activations. Review performance, spot opportunities, and share learnings.

The ideal candidate will come from a sports agency, be a confident social media executive on multiple accounts and have passion for social and digital marketing.

This motorsports agency are based in West London and require someone to be in the office 3 days per week and be open to travelling to international motorsports events when required. 

Salary - £30k - £35k 

ABOUT YOU
In order to be considered for this Junior Social Media Producer role at a Boutique Sports agency, we're looking for;

• 1–3 years in social, content creation or a fast-paced creative environment.
• Proven experience filming and editing TikToks/Reels.
• A strong understanding of digital culture, creators and sports-fan communities.
• Solid skills in CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
• Excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail.
• Comfort working around major events and tight turnarounds.
