Senior Change Communications Manager with a strong track record of leading internal engagement during complex operational and cultural change

ABOUT THE ROLE
What you'll be doing

• Lead the development and delivery of multi-channel internal communications strategies that underpin and enable large-scale organisational change initiatives
• Operate as a senior partner to the Communications team, working closely with the Leadership team and the HR function 
• Set the direction for high-impact internal communications, source and produce clear, compelling content across key channels including leadership briefings, intranet, events, and employee communications.
• Define success measures for change communications and use insight, feedback, and data to continuously refine and strengthen impact.

ABOUT YOU
What we're looking for

• Proven senior track record in internal and change communications, ideally gained across multiple transformation projects
• Strategic mindset combined with highly effective hands-on delivery
• Excellent storytelling and content creation skills across a wide range of internal communications channels
• Demonstrable experience in planning, organising and delivering internal events and leadership engagements
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to operate at senior level
• A positive, collaborative approach with the judgement and maturity to build trust and influence across the organisation
