THE COMPANY
Our client is a growing workforce intelligence and insights company working across the creative industries.

THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a curious, commercially aware and highly articulate Insights Executive who can turn complex research data into clear, compelling and actionable stories.

You will interpret both quantitative and qualitative findings, identify the themes that matter most and present them to clients in an engaging, empathetic and accessible way.

Working across a varied portfolio of projects, from individual film, music or theatre productions to larger projects, you will be involved throughout the research process, from design and analysis through to reporting and client presentation.

This role would suit someone who is equally comfortable working with numbers and narrative, enjoys finding the human story behind the data and can explain not only what the research says, but why it matters.

Day to day you will be:
  • Contribute ideas during research design and review questionnaires and reporting frameworks from an insight perspective.
  • Bring together survey findings, open-text responses, interviews, meeting transcripts, fieldwork notes and desk research into a coherent evidence-led picture.
  • Interpret quantitative and qualitative research findings across a range of client projects.
  • Build clear narratives around each client’s key questions and strategic priorities.
  • Present findings confidently to clients and industry stakeholders.

  • Experience in insights, market research, audience or cultural research, strategy or consultancy
  • Experience interpreting of quantitative and qualitative data from initial project design through to client presentation
  • Experience of working with quantitative data in Excel and building reports and presentations in PowerPoint
