As my Client continues to scale, they are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Manager to lead the small HR function and champion their people-first culture.


THE COMPANY
This is  a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in London, supporting clients across a broad range of industries. The team is largely remote, but highly collaborative,and driven by creativity, innovation, and measurable results.
As a 360-degree boutique digital marketing agency, they offer a full suite of
services focused on elevating brand awareness, boosting online traffic, conversions, revenue and ROI for their clients.

THE ROLE
The HR Manager will take ownership of the HR department, with responsibility for developing and delivering HR strategy and day-to-day operations alongside the Senior Management Team and working with a HR assistant.
As a smal co - currently 60 persons - this is hands-on role requireing strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and exceptional
stakeholder management.
Probably 25% if the role will be  end-to-end recruitment, as the company grows. Much of this will be seeking digital talent such as SEO experts and Content.


YOU

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate experience in a mid to senior HR generalist or HR management
role, ideally within a digital, creative, or tech-driven environment. Agencyside experience would be ideal!!
You will have worked on Recruitment as well as general HR and have CIPD Level 5 or higher.
You will also have:

● Significant experience managing end-to-end recruitment, including proactive
sourcing for specialist and hard-to-fill roles.
● Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
● Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and manage an HR function with minimal supervision.
● Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
trusted relationships across all levels.
● Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using HR and applicant
tracking systems.

The agency has an office in the West End of London. Ideally you will be happy in the office 2/3 days per week but there is the possibility of a fully remote role if candidates tick ALL the required criteria!
