Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum Location: South West England,Gloucestershire Job Type: Permanent
This is an Incredible opportunity for a senior marketer to take an established personal brand to the next level.
ABOUT THE COMPANY - Our client is a global performance marketing agency managing millions in annual ad spend for more than 1,000 businesses worldwide. Unlike traditional agencies, growth here is driven by content. The founder has built a 1M+ strong audience across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook and is one of the most recognised voices in the digital advertising space.
The team is high-performing, commercially sharp and based in the Cotswolds (near Cheltenham), combining the pace of a creator-led brand with the structure of a global agency.
This role is focused entirely on the founder’s personal brand, not client work.
ABOUT THE ROLERight now, the founder is too close to the detail, reviewing edits, tweaking copy, managing workflows. Your job is to take full ownership and remove them from everything except recording. You’ll lead an existing content team of four and build the systems, standards and strategy needed to scale output
5–10x without losing quality or credibility. This is not a hands-on editing role. It’s about direction, decision-making and pace.
Key focus areas include:
- Leading and developing an in-house content team, with scope to hire as you scale
- Designing and running the content machine — workflows, cadence and quality control
- Turning long-form video into an omnichannel content system across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and X
- Acting as final sign-off on all content, protecting tone, accuracy and trust
- Aligning content themes with commercial goals and revenue priorities
ABOUT YOU You’ve built and run content operations before either agency or inhouse. You understand how to scale output without sacrificing standards. You’re commercially sharp, highly organised and allergic to bottlenecks. You’re comfortable leading creative teams, setting direction and holding the quality line. You likely:
- Have experience running a high-volume, high-quality content engine
- Understand how great business content actually works including hooks, packaging and platform nuance
- Have the judgement to assess complex marketing ideas and spot fluff instantly
- Prefer ownership and accountability over consensus and hand-holding
You don’t need to be the best editor in the room — you need to be the person who makes the whole system work.
You MUST have the right to work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available. Sound like your next move? Apply now!
