ABOUT THE ROLE

What you'll be doing

• Execute end-to-person, virtual, and hybrid brand experiences and "run rate" events like networking dinners and trade shows
• Oversee bi-annual planning and resourcing for all UKI marketing activities in collaboration with internal teams and agencies  
• Build and manage detailed project plans and timelines to ensure all goals are met and stakeholders stay informed  
• Liaise with event agencies, vendors, and cross-functional partners throughout the entire planning and execution lifecycle  
• Manage event budgets, including PO creation and reconciliation, in partnership with Finance and Procurement  
• Innovate planning processes by applying learnings from previous events to streamline future project management

ABOUT YOU

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a similar Field Marketing role in a B2B environment (ideally SaaS)  
• Event Mastery: Deep understanding of virtual, hybrid, and in-person delivery models  
• Financial Savvy: Demonstrated experience owning and managing project budgets  
• Collaboration Skills: Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and external agencies   
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail
• Audience Insight: A general understanding of audience generation processes.
