Plan and deliver a calendar of events for occupiers at one of London's most iconic buildings. Minimum 6 month contract.

ABOUT THE ROLE

What you'll be doing
  • Help deliver a year-round calendar of events and activities
  • Create lively, well-written, and engaging content to populate the building's digital app
  • Engage with occupiers to promote the app and events, and discuss new community initiatives
  • Manage suppliers and handle operational logistics for events
  • Develop and execute a communications strategy to engage customers across digital, social, and physical channels (posters/flyers)
  • Monitor and track feedback from events 
  • Oversee budgets and resource allocation required

ABOUT YOU

What we're looking for
  • Experience in a B2B client-facing events and marketing communications role, for example working with occupiers in a commercial building, or retailers (e.g. for a shopping centre/retail destination) or similar
  • Customer-centricity and an understanding of customer engagement metrics
  • Ability to develop relationships at all business levels
  • Strong writing skills, impeccable grammar and a flair for creative writing
  • Ability to develop, implement and promote a calendar of events and activities that deliver strong customer engagement
  • Experience in managing agencies and media partners
  • Good networking skills and the ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Track record in delivery of event strategies and plans, commercial targets and budget management
  • Successful management of agency staff, consultants and suppliers
