Great contract opportunity for an Events Professional with strong experience delivering university events (virtual, hybrid and in-person)

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading universities based in the central London.

What you'll be doing

• Planning and managing all aspects of the delivery of Open Days and university events (in-person, virtual and hybrid)
• Leading on the creation of event assets (printed, promotional and visual)
• Liaising with suppliers and stakeholders
• Create post event evaluation reports

What we're looking for

• An excellent track record of managing medium and large scale events (both virtual and in-person) in the Higher Education sector including Open Day and Offer Holder events
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Availability to work outside 'normal' hours on some evening and Saturday events
• Native level English skills

You MUST have the right to work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available.
