WANTED! Experienced Events Professional with strong experience delivering university events (online and face-to-face)

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is one of the top universities and is based in the heart of London.

What you'll be doing
- planning and managing all aspects of the delivery of Open Days and university events, both in person events and online events
- leading on the creation of event assets (printed, promotional and visual)
- liaising with suppliers and stakeholders
- create post event evaluation report

What we're looking for

• an excellent track record of managing medium and large scale events (both virtual and in person), previous experience of open events at universities would be an advantage
• excellent stakeholder management skills in medium to large scale event
• strong writing and editing skills
• the ability to work outside 'normal' hours for evening and weekend events
• native level English skills

You MUST have the right to work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available.
