B2B Event Manager experienced in the end-to-end management of large-scale in person conferences

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a respected membership organisation supporting health professionals. You'll be joining a busy team and work specifically on the delivery of the conference.

What you'll be doing

• Operational planning and on onsite delivery of annual conference in June
• Managing the speaker communications including briefing, logistics and onsite support
• Support marketing, registration and event app set up

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience of delivering large-scale in person conferences
• Substantial experience managing logistics end-to-end from planning through to on-site delivery
• Strong experience managing speakers, facilitators and subject matter experts
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and event management systems
• Availability to start on 13th April  (interviews are scheduled for 2nd April)
