What you will be doing

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of email and SMS marketing strategies
• Drive the use of personalisation and automation
• Oversee the design, implementation and optimisation of email programmes
• Manage a high performing team
• Work with stakeholders and cross functional teams across the organisation to ensure high quality delivery

ABOUT YOU

What we're looking for

• In-depth experience of email marketing - both from a technical point of view (building emails) as well as a marketing point of view (ensuring the content is optimised)
• Strong understanding of automation
• Confident people person with strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience of line management 
• Previous knowledge of dotdigital would be useful
