We're looking for a Digital UX & Web Experience Executive to join a leading consumer brand, helping to optimise the online customer journey by improving website performance, user experience and the technology behind it. This is a fully office based role in Hertfordshire, paying £35,000 - £38,000.

THE COMPANY
Our client is a well-known consumer brand. 

THE ROLE
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in UX, website testing, QA or digital project support who enjoys working at the intersection of Marketing and Technology.
You'll be responsible for testing website functionality, identifying and troubleshooting issues across integrated platforms, and collaborating with Marketing, IT and Development teams to ensure customers enjoy a seamless digital experience.  Your role will include: 
  • UX and customer journey optimisation
  • Website, CMS and system testing
  • Troubleshooting
  • CRO and A/B testing
YOU
To be successful in this role you MUST have: 
  • A solid understanding of UX and digital customer journeys
  • Experience with website testing
  • Technical knowledge of HTML. CSS and JavaScript
  • CMS platforms (Kentico would be an advantage)
  • Ability to work full time in Hertfordshire based offices
You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
