THE ROLEThe Digital Products Manager will be responsible for the management of key projects which include: optimising the website for mobile, UX audit and testing as well as optimising donor journeys.
The role will also involve improving the content structure for the main website, also user testing on navigation via test and learn auditing process, optimising this website for mobile AND ensuring easy user access for support via the website journey.
The two main objectives are:
- Increased conversion and step through rates across supporter and beneficiary journeys
- Improved UX, increased accessibility and reduced barriers
Day to day you will be responsible for:
- Managing and implementing a clear, prioritised 12-month roadmap to support the development of fundraising products
- Overseeing the strategic development in a continual test and learn approach
- Developing and delivering other special digital projects to increase the value and ongoing commitment of new and existing supporters
- Managing and prioritising a product backlog for the main website, balancing user needs and business requirements, writing clear user stories and making decisions based on evidence and data
- Ensure that qualitative and quantitative user data underpins the delivery and iteration of digital products and services.
- Working with the Marketing and Fundraising teams, develop and set OKRs and KPIs for the products you are responsible for
- Produce regular reports on performance, including insights into customer behaviour, monitoring KPIs, analysing results against targets and identifying trends and recommendations
- Manage the CRO programme for the website with a focus on optimisation for income generation and information reach
- Oversee the development cycles with the website agency
- Work with the Individual Giving & Engagement Team to implement changes to improve supporter journeys and fundraising goals
- Work with the Content Managers to ensure the website is regularly improved
YOUIn order to be considered for the Digital Products Manager, you will need
To be available to start a role asap and commit to 2 days in the office in central London. You will also need:
- Hands on experience of managing digital platforms with excellent working knowledge of back end processes
- Knowledge of project management and agile methodologies and how to apply these flexibly in different settings
- Familiarity with CRM systems and databases (ideally Raiser’s Edge)
- Familiarity with CMS systems (ideally Drupal).
- Skills and knowledge of Google products including Analytics, Optimize and Search Console, as well as other tools such as Hotjar etc.
- Understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other ad platforms
You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
