ABOUT THE COMPANY
- A lovely Balham based digital design agency crafting websites, brands, digital marketing and print.
- Their core focus is designing and developing sophisticated, high-performing websites – primarily in WordPress and Shopify for ecommerce.
- They are a friendly, supportive team, working closely and collaboratively, supporting each other in our roles, very passionate about our craft and the quality of our work speaks for itself.
We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Digital Design Lead to take ownership of all design output across this lovely Marketing agency in SW London;
- Design Leadership & Project Ownership
- UX, UI & Design
- Collaboration & Client Engagement
- Help grow and mentor the design team
ABOUT YOU
An excellent leader and hands on Creative Designer, you will have Agency experience and;
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a digital agency or similar environment
- Proven experience in a senior or lead design role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end digital design and branding
- Expert in Figma, including design systems and prototyping
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong UX understanding (user flows, IA, wireframing, responsive design)
- Strong knowledge of designing for WordPress and/or Shopify environments
