Looking for a proactive, technically skilled Data Scientist to join a well-loved London cultural destination on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how data and CRM are used across marketing, membership, and visitor engagement. This is a part time role (15 hours), 3 month FTC.

THE COMPANY

THE ROLE
You’ll be the go-to data expert, translating customer and campaign data into actionable insights that drive smarter segmentation, improved reporting, and more effective marketing campaigns. Expect to work on:

• Building campaign selections and predictive models
• Developing and automating reporting tools to support marketing and membership teams.
• Exploring the database to uncover opportunities for improved targeting and engagement.
• Supporting the CRM strategy

This is a hands-on role where you’ll need to work independently, but you’ll also collaborate closely with marketing, digital, and membership colleagues.

YOU

• Strong data/CRM background (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Confident with programming languages and building tools to reduce manual reporting.
• Proactive, independent, and able to translate complex data into plain English.
• A real team player who enjoys collaborating across departments.
• Passion for the cultural/heritage sector is a bonus, but not essential.
