THE ROLEIn the role of Brand Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of multi channel campaigns.
This is an exciting time to join the team as the charity has recently relaunched its brand strategy and identity. The role is varied and busy and will cover any and all of the following:
- Leading the implementation of the charity’s refreshed brand (internally and externally) across all channels including ATL, outdoor and digital
- Lead and project manage business-critical projects and manage complex stakeholders, ensuring maximum engagement on projects, facilitating collaborative and efficient decision making
- Management of creative and media agencies incl media planning and buying
- Work with charity fundraising teams to ensure campaigns, activity and communications that are developed are ‘on-brand’ and rooted in the brand strategy and narrative
- Ensure all campaign activity is consistent with the brand strategy and identity to the external world and has audience insight at its heart
- Develop strategic plans based on audience research and insights including making brand campaign recommendations to senior leadership
- Provide strategic marketing integration advice for activity and campaigns that aren’t owned by the Brand Marketing team
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Management and reporting on brand budget
YOUIn order to be shortlisted for the role of Brand Campaign Manager you must have:
- hands on experience of leading B2C brand strategy and campaigns including implementation of brand guidelines
- experience of planning and delivering multi channel brand campaigns to a consumer audience incl advertising, outdoor and digital
- experience of managing creative and media agencies
- experience of managing campaign budget
- experience of leading successful marketing campaigns incl. developing structured marketing plans with clear objectives, KPIs and a defined target audience, shaping messaging, measurement, evaluation and reporting
- experience of leading/commissioning research projects to deliver clear insights and actionable findings
- data literacy and be confident in using data to analyse and improve brand and marketing performance
- ideally you will have a background in the charity sector or similar consumer led organisations
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO 2 DAYS A WEEK IN A CENTRAL LONDON OFFICE You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
