A classic Account Management role at this B2B Tech agency, acting as a key day‑to‑day contact, ensuring projects run smoothly, timelines are met, budgets maintained and that in house and client relationships are fostered.

The Client is a go to market growth firm, part strategic consultancy and part top ranked agency. With a team of 400 professionals across global locations they service over 150 clients worldwide. THE ROLEApplying marketing expertise to guide client activity, the AM will support the wider account team and identify opportunities that contribute to client success and agency growth. With strong organisation, clear communication and a proactive mindset, the AM will help ensure every project is delivered effectively and to the highest standard.
Activity will include:
- Building out budgets and associated paperwork, negotiating and gaining client approval for projects and ensuring all is recorded in the relevant systems.
- Regularly reviewing project timelines and budgets.
- Creating client meeting agendas and contact reports.
- Ensuring accurate scheduling and time tracking across projects.
You will:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating excellence in client expectation management.
- Be the knowledge holder for your client projects, ensuring clarity and alignment across contributors.
- Work collaboratively with creative, strategy, motion and digital teams to deliver best‑in‑class work.
- Oversee work delivered across agency departments, with clear perspective on whether it is on brief and budget and adheres to all client guidelines and preferences and managing accordingly
- Present agency recommendations clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Support senior team members with forecasting and invoicing and profitability analysis
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the agencies’ solutions and services, identifying opportunities for expansion within existing projects and growth into new areas in line with client goals
YOUTo be considered for this role, applicants will need to demonstrate:
- Existing BtoB tech agency experience.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ablility to prioritise conflicting tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Ablity to pool internal resources effectively to get the job done.
- Budget‑management success.
- Calm under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines.
