ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be a proactive guardian of the agencies reputation as a leader in innovative and creative communications.
- working closely with the MD you will take overall responsibility for the agency achieving and maintaining the highest standards of creative excellence,
- lead and mentor all the creatives in developing their skills as future assets for the agency, with full line responsibility.

• Lead, with a v hands on attitude, integrated creative comms campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Manage agency relationships and oversee creative development

A highly collaborative, energetic and positive environment;

• Opportunity to contribute to the Agencies vision and strategy
• Hybrid working 2-3 days in the Richmond office

ABOUT YOU
You will currently be a senior Art Director, an assistant CD, or a current Creative Director with Health sector experience;
- You will enjoy working in a buzzy and passionate agency, across multi-channel projects.
- You are someone who remains hands on, revels in problem solving, can bring an arsenal of fresh ideas and loves to impress clients with intelligent solutions to their challenges.
You are both a doer and a thinker, and your work reflects this.
