Candidate Care Executive

Richmond, £18,000

Your role is to help ensure that our candidates receive the positively different experience for which Stopgap is famed. Working in a team of 3, you will be the main contact link between our recruitment consultants and our candidates.  This is a unique opportunity to work in a busy team providing prompt advice and assistance via inbound and outbound calls and emails to support candidates in their job search. 

Main duties involved with this role include: giving feedback on job applications, updating candidate records using the Filemaker CRM system, answering any queries relating to registration and highlighting candidates to specific consultants.

To be considered for this role you must:

•    Be proactive, empathetic and have a genuine interest in helping others.  
•    Demonstrate exceptional all-round communication skills and be comfortable dealing with people at all levels. 
•    Have a great telephone manner and be entirely at ease making totally assured out-bound calls and not one to hide behind email! 
•    Be computer literate, ideally with previous experience of using CRM systems
