During a lavish awards gala at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower in Knightsbridge, London, we walked away with the awards for Recruitment Innovation and the much-coveted Best Candidate Experience.

Quite simply, the award everyone wanted to win! For 17 years, we’ve taken great pride in providing our candidates with a positively different experience. The fact that we continue to collect awards for our outstanding candidate care nearly 2 decades since we started shows just how dedicated we are to this guiding principle.
RECRUITMENT INNOVATION
Premier Foods briefed four recruiters from their marketing PSL to propose a creative solution to a number of vacancies at Brand / Senior Brand Manager level. Stopgap pitched, with a clear vision - effective, contemporary recruitment that delivers for the client at the same time as enhancing the perception of recruiters and employers in the market place. From attracting active and passive candidates through social media and employing a dedicated researcher, to running integrated branded marketing campaigns and utilising digital platforms, we provided Premier Foods with true recruitment innovation.
