The learning starts from your first day with us and includes:

A structured and supportive induction programme

We have a structured and supportive induction programme, providing new joiners to the business with all the skills and support they need to be able to succeed.

A “Stopmum”/“Stopdad” mentoring scheme

All new employees are assigned a “Stopmum” or “Stopdad” who is there for them during thier first few months at Stopgap.

An on-going skils training

Providing our employees with the skills and training they require in order to develop - keeping them stimulated and motivated - is key for us at Stopgap.
