Our client is a boutique agency based in leafy Richmond; they're looking for an established Senior Account Manager to come on board and join them to take ownership of a portfolio of varied accounts including NFP/charity, tech and travel clients. You will work in a small, friendly and collaborative client services team to build strong partnerships with clients and deliver high quality work.
Campaigns will be integrated across DM, email, media, CRM, Digital, Social and strategy. You will take full ownership of accounts and relationships with the support of the Client Services Director and your team.
To be considered for this role it's vital that you have a friendly and collaborative spirit- in a small environment it's really important to this agency that whoever joins them is a positive and bubbly presence in the office.
You'll need to have fantastic client management skills as well as strong understanding of email/CRM and integrated channels.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding well-established agency with a list of long-standing clients. Lovely offices, Christmas close and great clients. There is also room for progression to Junior Account Director/Account Director level.
